Potato soup with leek
Peel potatoes, rinse and chop. Finely chop the leeks, add to the potatoes, pour a small amount of hot water, add lean little and salt to taste. Cook until soft, sprinkle finely chopped parsley, bring to a low heat.
1/2 kg. potatoes, 2-3 stems of leeks, 3-4 st. spoons of oil, parsley, water.
