Carrots with leek
Carrots cut into strips, leeks – mugs, mix them, add butter and lightly pass under mild heating for 3 minutes. Then add white wine, salt and stew in a sealed container with a mild heating for 3 minutes.
Carrots 5-6 pieces, leeks 100 g, vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon, white wine 3-4 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste.
