|Beetroot with sauerkraut|
Roast beetroot, cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil, along with chopped onion rings. Quail the cabbage from the brine, cut into smaller pieces, put it under the lid in vegetable oil with the addition of tomato paste. Combine beets with cabbage, stir, warm on the plate for 5 minutes, season with sugar, salt, pepper to taste.
500 g of beet, 400 g of sauerkraut, 1 head of onions, 1 tbsp. a spoon of tomato paste, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, salt, black pepper.
