The berries are sprinkled with sugar and aged for 4-5 hours. The juice with the dissolved sugar is poured into a bowl, in which it is supposed to cook jam, and boil it for 10 minutes. Then put the berries in the juice and continue to cook for another 15 minutes, taking off the foam.
