|Fritters with pancakes|
Yeast diluted in warm water, add sugar, salt, pour in flour and knead the dough. When the dough rises,
do not stir by placing a spoon on the hot pan, fry the pancakes until blanch.
For the test: 2 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. water, 30 g of yeast, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, salt to taste.
