|Pumpkin in sweet marinade|
Pumpkin cut into slices, peel, cut the core, cut the pumpkin slices.Boil water with sugar, add spices, vinegar or citric acid and pour a pumpkin with this hot syrup. After cooling the marinade drain, boil again, dip the pumpkin into it and cook on low heat until it becomes transparent.
With prolonged storage, cloves and cinnamon from the syrup are removed.
500 g of pumpkin, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. granulated sugar, 4 tbsp.spoonful of vinegar, cinnamon, lemon crust or cloves.
