Carrot salad
Carrots grate on a large grater, add a little salt, other vegetables, season with sauce. 
A gentle carrot salad can be served instead of a sweet dish for dessert. Several varieties of carrot salad:

  • carrots and cranberry or cranberry jam;
  • carrots and apple sauce,
  • carrots, dried fruits, cooked in syrup, lemon juice;
  • carrots, apples, honey, lemon crust and lemon juice;
  • Carrots, nuts, sugar, lemon juice, mint leaves and vegetable oil
