Sliced potatoes and rice cook until ready. Shredded burdock leaves and browned onions are added to the soup for 10-15 minutes before serving.
300 grams of burdock leaves, 80 grams of onions, 40 grams of rice, 1.4 liters of water, 200 g of potatoes, 40 grams of vegetable oil, pepper, salt to taste. |
