Potato soup in Georgian style |
Onion finely chopped, put in a saucepan, add pounded garlic, pour 1 cup of hot water and cook with a weak boil, put cut into large cubes potatoes, salt, pounded peppers and cook until the potatoes are ready. When serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley.
