Shchi in rustic style
Potatoes are boiled with whole peeled tubers and cooled. Decoction is filtered. Leaves sorrel cut, add shredded onion, parsley, vegetable oil, a little broth and stew for 5-7 minutes. Boiled potatoes cut into cubes, mix with sorrel, pour hot broth, bring to a boil and cook for a few more minutes. Especially tasty these soup, if they are cooked in a cast-iron pot in the oven. In the ready soup put greens of dill.
