Potato soup with mushrooms
Soak mushrooms for 2-4 hours, boil in the same water, recline on a sieve, rinse, cut, fry in vegetable oil, season with salt. Potatoes boil, crush, in mashed potatoes add a strained mushroom broth and bring to the consistency of liquid sour cream. Dip into it fried mushrooms, separately chopped onions, season with salt and pepper.
Serve, sprinkle finely chopped greens of dill or parsley, with toasts of black bread, fried in vegetable oil.
7-8 large crumbly potatoes, 40-50 g of dried mushrooms, 1 carrot, 1 head of onions, 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, salt, black pepper powder to taste.
