Potato mushroom soup with prunes and raisins |
Cook the mushroom broth. Boiled and washed mushrooms chop.Onions finely chopped, sauteed on vegetable oil until soft, add sifted wheat flour and continue to stir, stirring for 5-8 minutes, combine with the mushroom broth, add chopped mushrooms, bring to a boil, put the potatoes cut into large cubes, pre-washed and soaked prunes, raisins and cook until the potatoes are ready. When serving in a soup, put a slice of lemon and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
6 00- 750 g potatoes, 100 g onions, 25-30 g dried mushrooms, 45-100 g prunes, 75-100 g raisins, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. a spoon of wheat flour, 4-5 slices of lemon, salt, greens taste |
