Prune Soup
Prunes wash, pour cold boiled water, leave to swell. Swollen prunes put in water, add spices, and cook until cooked, then rub through a sieve. In the received weight to add sugar, kernels of plum stones, to pour wine or fruit juice, to enter the dissolved starch and all to finish to boiling. The soup should be served chilled. 

300 g prunes, 2/3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. white wine or fruit juice, 1 tbsp. a spoon of starch, cinnamon, cloves.
