Remove the young nettle and sorrel and rinse well. Stinging nettle in boiling water, and sorrel separately put out in a closed saucepan. After that, nettle and sorrel wipe through a sieve. Prepared mashed potatoes put in a saucepan, add sugar, salt and diluted with bread kvass; then add the diced fresh cucumbers, chopped green onions and dill. 
Serving on the table, put the grated horseradish and pieces of boiled fish on the plate, which can also be served on a separate dish.
