Lentil soup

In the cold water, rinse the washed lentils. When the water boils, add the diced potatoes, chopped carrot, finely chopped onions. 
Add brine and salt to taste, bay leaf, ground black pepper, dried greens and parsley and dill root. 
Cook for 30 minutes. 
Add the garlic to the soup. 

2.5 liters of water, 1 tbsp. lentils, 3-4 potatoes, 2pcs. carrots, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, salt, pepper, laurel, leaf, 1 tbsp. brine (cucumber or tomato), dried herbs, roots.
