In cold water, pre-soaked beans are dropped, brought to a boil, cook for about 20 minutes. Add chopped potatoes, carrots, onions. When vegetables are cooked, cover the vermicelli (previously dried in a frying pan). Cook for 5 more minutes. Add the tomato juice, salt, greens, at the end of the cooking, add the garlic. 2.5 liters of water, 1 tbsp. beans, 3 potato tubers, a handful of vermicelli, 1 tbsp. tomato juice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, greens, salt. |
