Fried zucchini
Marrows are cleaned, cut into very thin slices and fried in hot vegetable oil (deep-fried) until golden. Ready zucchini to take out with a noisy, salt and serve to the table hot.
500 g of courgettes, 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, salt.
