Vegetable stew
Prepared beets, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, celery and rooster roots, as well as spinach rubbed on a grater with large holes or shredded. Onions finely chopped. All fry in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Then pour water. Bring to a boil and, reducing the heat, cook until ready. Salt and pepper add to taste.
