In hot salted water (for 1 kg of nettle 2 liters of water), lower the large-sliced ​​nettle and cook for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan without a lid. Throw nettle into a colander and rub through a sieve. Onions cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil, add flour and fry together for 3-4 minutes. In mashed potatoes from nettles add the fried onions, flour, lemon juice, mix and bring the mass to a boil. 

1 kg of young nettle, 1 tbsp. a spoon of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice, salt to taste.
