There is no dish more simple to make than baked potatoes. Wash the tubers, put them on a baking sheet and put in a heated oven. After 30 minutes. the dish is ready. The preparedness of baked potatoes can be checked with a fork. Baked potatoes must be served in a clay bowl (ceramics retains heat longer). Potatoes can be served with salt, onion or green onions, sauerkraut, pickled mushrooms. |
