Mushroom sauce
Onions finely chop, saute until cooked. Welded dried mushrooms rinse, pass through a meat grinder, combine with onion and saute together for 3-5 minutes. 
Wheat flour to brown with butter until light brown, combine with the mushroom broth, bring the sauce to a boil, boil for 45 minutes. on low heat or on a water bath, strain, add prepared mushrooms with onion, bring to a boil, boil for 10-15 minutes. 

20-30 g of dried mushrooms, 200-250 g of onions, 2 tbsp. spoons of wheat flour, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, spices, salt to taste.
