Horseradish sauce with vinegar
The prepared horseradish root is ground on a grater with small holes, poured with vinegar, add salt, sugar and mix thoroughly. 

For 1 kg sauce: grated horseradish root 300 g, salt and sugar for 2 tsp, 3% vinegar 700 g.
