Carrots and horseradish grind on a grater with small holes, apples (without a core) cut into small cubes. Sugar is mixed with lemon juice and grated on a grater with small holes of zest.
For 4 servings: horseradish root 120 g, carrots 3 pcs., Apples 4 pcs., Lemon 1 pc., Sugar 4 teaspoons, salt to taste.
