Salad of carrots, honey and nuts
Intact, bright orange carrots slightly scrape and wash. Grate on a fine grater, add salt and pour lemon juice. Introduce crushed nuts, honey and stir.Decorate the salad with well-drained cherries from compote.
Walnuts can be replaced with peanuts, almonds.
350 g carrots, 70 g kernels of walnuts, 20 g of honey, lemon juice, salt.
