Salad from squid, potatoes and onions
Cooked squid is cut into strips. Welded potatoes in a jacket cool, clean and cut into thin slices. Onion cut into thin rings. Mix onion with potatoes, season with vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper and gently mix. 
When serving, sprinkle the salad with finely chopped green onions. 

Note: 3% vinegar can be added to the salad to taste. 

400-500g fillets of squid, 500-600 g of potatoes, 150-200 g of onion, 4-5 st. spoons of vegetable oil, 50 g of green onion, 3% vinegar, ground pepper to taste.
