|Garnet and onion salad|
Finely chopped onion 2-3 times washed in hot water, folded into a colander. From the pomegranate seeds squeeze the juice, part of the grains are mixed with onions, put in a salad bowl and poured with squeezed juice. For decoration from the bulb cut out the “rosette” and, filling it with pomegranate seeds, put in the middle of the lettuce, along the edges lay onions rings.
