Prepare vegetables: cut the tomatoes slices, sweet peppers, onion half rings, carrots rub on a large grater, add salt, sugar, mix everything. Leave in a cool place for 8-10 hours. Drain the discarded juice. Add salt, sugar, and simmer on low heat until cooked. Ready caviar to lay in sterilized cans and close with iron lids. Store in a cool place.
