Cucumbers well rinse, pour boiling water for 1.5 hours. At the bottom of a cleaned, sterilized three-liter jar lay 3-4 currant leaves, 2-3 dill umbrellas, a piece of horseradish (or 2-3 leaves of cherry), 4 cloves of garlic. Fill the jar with cucumbers. Pour boiling brine.Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, roll up. Turn the bank upside down, it is good to wrap it for 24 hours. A day later, take it to a cool place.
Brine: for one three-liter jar: 2 tbsp. spoons of large salt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 5-6 peas of black pepper, 3 pcs. carnations, 2 bay leaves. |
