Marinated cauliflower
Dense heads of cauliflower are disassembled into separate small inflorescences and 3 min. boils them in boiling water, in which salt and citric acid are added (at the rate of 10 g of salt and 1 g of citric acid per 1 liter of water). Boiled cabbage is placed in prepared glass jars and poured hot (at least 90 ° C) 2% solution of salt (20 g salt per 1 liter of water) in a ratio of 60% cabbage and 40% brine.
Filled cans are immediately sealed.
