For the test:800 g of flour, 30 g of yeast, 2 tbsp. water.
For filling: 8 heads of onions, 3/4 tbsp. vegetable oil, a pinch of salt.
From flour, water, yeast and salt knead yeast dough, give it a go.Roll out the finest bread, bake, reslurry finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil onion, bake in the oven.
