Lean dough for sweet pies
Dilute yeast with warm water, knead the dough from flour and warm water, add the dissolved yeast, pour in a teaspoon of salt, mix well the dough, add sunflower oil. Tear sugar with lemon zest or cinnamon or vanilla, add flour, all combine with the dough. Put in a warm place.When it rises, make a round cake with a board with any sweet stuffing. On top decorate with strips of dough. Again give rise, grease honey with water, bake. 

2 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. spoons of lean oil, 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, lemon zest, vanillin or cinnamon, honey for lubrication, yeast 10 g.
