Pancakes stuffed with pancakes
Pumpkin grate on a fine grater, add salt and sugar, pour in flour, knead a homogeneous dough. Spoon out on a hot frying pan in preheated vegetable oil, fry on both sides. 
Serve with honey. 

1 kg of purified gourd, 1 tbsp. wheat flour, salt, sugar to taste, vegetable oil for frying.
