Dissolve the dough from 3 glasses of warm water, 4 1/4 cups of flour, and 10 g of dry yeast, salt, add a spoonful of sugar and lemon peel, if desired – a spoonful of corn; when it rises, without stirring the dough with a spoon, fry the pancakes in lean oil. 

Serve with sugar, jam or molasses.
