Dilute yeast with warm water, knead the dough from flour and warm water, add the dissolved yeast, pour in a teaspoon of salt, mix well the dough, add sunflower oil. Tear sugar with lemon zest or cinnamon or vanilla, add flour, all combine with the dough. Put in a warm place. 
2 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. spoons of lean oil, 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, lemon zest, vanillin or cinnamon, yeast 10 g.

Add the raisins to the dough, pre-steaming for swelling. Shape buns, lay them on a baking sheet, greased with wax and leave, covered with a towel on the table for a while, so that the buns have come up. Then put them in the oven and bake at a temperature of 150 ° C. At the end of baking, roll the buns with sweet water or sweet strong tea leaves and sprinkle a little with sugar for a ruddy crust. 

Buns can also be stuffed, but in this case do not add raisins to the dough. 
Filling:
1. Raisin, clean, rinse and pour hot water. Allow to stand for 20 minutes. and drain the water. 
2. Mack wash, boil, drain the water and double-pass through the meat grinder, add a little sugar or sugar powder and stir it.
