| Cheesecakes with jam or apples |

Prepare lean dough for yeast, or the simplest dough, like noodles;put in a dough a spoonful of sunflower oil and a spoonful of rum or vodka, roll out small cakes, put on them jam without juice or baked and wiped apples with sugar, patch the edges in a circle.
How to bake apples: 8-10 apples peeled, finely chopped, put out in a saucepan with 1/2 cup sugar, spoon rum and 2-3 tablespoons of water. |
