Flour the flour with starch and vegetable oil until it forms a sticky mass. Soda is extinguished with citric acid or vinegar, add a little salt and put into the dough, stir, add water, sugar. The dough should not be steep. Roll out, cut diamonds (or other figures), bake for 15 minutes.
6 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. starch, 1-1.5 st. vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of soda, salt and citric acid, 1.5 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. Sahara. |
