Apples with raisins and nuts
From apples remove the seeds together with the seed chamber, fill the hole with raisins mixed with sugar and crushed kernels of nuts.Put in an enamelled cast-iron frying pan. Flick a spoonful of water on the bottom of the pan so that the apples do not burn. Bake in the oven, making sure that the apples retain their beautiful appearance and are baked. 

4 apples, 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins, 1 tbsp. spoon of kernels of nuts, 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar.
