Scald the teapot with boiling water, fill tea and fresh lemon peels, pour steep boiling water on 1/4 of a teapot. Cover the kettle with a towel for 10 minutes. Top up the boiling water, let it brew for 5 more minutes.
2 tbsp. tablespoons of tea, 2 tbsp. boiling water, a few lemons. |
