Kissel from dried blueberries
Blueberries are sorted, washed in warm water, put in dishes, poured cold water and cooked about 20 minutes until the softening of the berries. Ready to boil the decoction. Pre-mowing the berry, squeeze juice through the cheesecloth. In the broth add sugar, citric acid, heat up to a boil. Introduce diluted with cold water starch and with intensive stirring quickly bring to a boil. After brewing the starch in the kissel pour the squeezed juice and stir well.

For 1 serving: dried blueberry 15 g, sugar 2 tsp, starch 1 tsp, citric acid 1-2 pinch, water 200 g.
