Kissel from dried blueberries |
Blueberries are sorted, washed in warm water, put in dishes, poured cold water and cooked about 20 minutes until the softening of the berries. Ready to boil the decoction. Pre-mowing the berry, squeeze juice through the cheesecloth. In the broth add sugar, citric acid, heat up to a boil. Introduce diluted with cold water starch and with intensive stirring quickly bring to a boil. After brewing the starch in the kissel pour the squeezed juice and stir well.
For 1 serving: dried blueberry 15 g, sugar 2 tsp, starch 1 tsp, citric acid 1-2 pinch, water 200 g. |
