Kissel for cranberry |
Cranberries are wiped, squeezed juice. Mezgu pour hot water (it should be 4-5 times more than berries), bring to a boil, filter, part of the broth cool and dilute starch in it. In the remaining broth put the sugar, bring to a boil, pour the diluted starch, squeezed juice and bring to a boil. The finished kissel is poured into glasses, sprinkled with sugar, the foam is not formed, and is cooled. Cranberry 200-240 g, sugar 6-8 tbsp. spoons, starch 4-6 st. spoons. |
