Blueberry Kissel
Blueberries are kneaded in enameled yosuda and squeezed juice.The mixture is poured hot water and boiled for 5-6 minutes.Decoction filter, pour sugar, bring to a boil, pour starch, diluted with cold boiled water, and then raw berry juice with the addition of citric acid. Kissel stir and cool.
For 1 serving: blueberries 35 grams, sugar 2/3 tbsp. spoons, starch 1 teaspoon, citric acid 2-3 pinch.
