Whole fruits are poured with boiling water and boiled in a sealed container for 5-10 minutes, stir for 8-10 hours. Then add the sugar, bring to a boil and cool.
If the drink is prepared from half the fruit, then they are ground in a mortar or tolkushka, pour boiling water and cook in a closed bowl for 5-10 minutes. Then insist 2-3 hours and filter. Add sugar, bring to a boil and cool.
On 1 liter of the drink: dried rosehip – whole fruit 100 g, or halves 50 g, water 1 l, sugar 1/2 tbsp.
