Compote of rhubarb
The rhubarb is cleaned from the top layer (fiber), rinsed in water and cut into small pieces. From sugar and water, syrup is cooked, put sliced rhubarb and cinnamon into boiling syrup, boil for 2-3 minutes. and cooled.
