|Compote of dried fruits №2|
Dried fruits are picked to remove impurities, then sorted, separating apples and pears, as they are cooked considerably longer than other dried fruits. The dried fruits are washed in warm water, the selected apples and pears are poured with five glasses of cold water and boil for 20-30 minutes with weak boiling. After that, put the rest of the fruit, sugar, citric acid in a pan and boil for another 8-10 minutes.
Cooked compote before use put for 10-12 hours in a cold room for infusion.
Dry fruits (mixture) 300 g, granulated sugar 3/4 tbsp., Water 5 tbsp, citric acid 1 g.
