Cherry compote |
Prepare it from ripe fruits of cherries of dark-colored varieties.Cherry is placed in prepared cans and poured hot syrup 30-50% concentration (at the rate of 430-1000 g sugar per 1 liter of water). The cans are covered with lids and sterilized with a slight boiling of water: half liter – 15 minutes, liter – 20, three-liter – 30 minutes. and immediately roll up. In a half-liter jar, about 350 grams of fruits are laid, in a liter – 700-750, in a three-liter jar – 2000 g of fruit. |
